Rules and Regulations

The event begins with an optional Quick Paint on the evening of May 18th at the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.

Registered artists may then paint as much as they want at any of our
painting locations from May 19th to May 31st.

Each artist may submit a maximum of three paintings for judging.
Prize winners are announced on the evening of June 1st.

Artists who have registered for the optional (at an additional cost) Art Fair will have an additional opportunity to sell plein air works to the buying public on Sunday, June 3rd.

A large number of paintings will then be selected to be on display at the
Art at the Center Feature show at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center
June 15th to July 29th .

A special selection of paintings will be picked for the
Stems: A Garden Soirée sales tent on June 23rd.

The event officially concludes on July 29th.
